Of course all our players and their families love cricket. But that's not the whole story.
Please read more about what the get up to after the last wicket has fallen.

Sponsored Walk
A few of Stones' Squad (ok, they may have been a little noticeable by their absence since footie season began) are carrying out a sponsored walk in aid of County Air Ambulance and
for more details and to sponsor them see
this site.
On the 8th September Dave Goode, Ollie Sewell, Ash Jarvis and Richard Millington will set out on a 115 mile trek to Histon, Cambridgeshire. Aiming to cover the 115 miles in just 3 days and arrive on the Friday night. The plan is then to play in the fans game in the morning against the Histon supporters (providing they can all still move) and then hopefully see Harriers come back with 3 points!
Please see below a recent article from the Kidderminster
Shuttle:
"On the 12th September 2009, a group of
Harriers supporters will arrive in the sleepy village of Histon, Cambridgeshire.
(Or so is the plan!)
The itinery is to leave Kidderminster on the evening of 8th September after the home game to Mansfield. We will then embark on the 115mile trek cross country to Histon who are the Harriers next opponents on Saturday the 12th.
The event will mark the 4th anniversary of the walk to Grays completed by Dave Goode, Jonathan Smith and Tim Brice. That time the monies raised were split equally between KHIST and Everyman (Testicular Cancer Charity). The 2009 event will be split in a similar way between KHIST and the County Air Ambulance Trust.
Any donations will be gratefully received and will go towards a worthy cause. The Air Ambulance usage costs are approximately £2.4million a year, but they are not funded by the Government or the NHS and rely solely upon the goodwill of the general public.
The walk will help to support the Air Ambulances "golden hour" campaign, the fast response of treatment within that first hour of a serious incident is said to be the most important in saving a life and a speedy recovery. Remarkably, the helicopters used can reach anyone within the midlands region within 8mins. Wales and South Yorkshire can be reached within 19mins. The service in the last 17 years has provided support in nearly 30000 incidents."
As stated above they will be raising funds for KHIST (Kidderminster Harriers Independent Supporters Trust) and the The County Air Ambulance. If you would be kind enough to pledge an amount no matter how large or small it would be very much appreciated by all involved.
